Return Policy

Delilah & Ornela return policy allows for returns within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition with all tags attached. Additionally, all clothing items must be unworn. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact our customer service team Delilah.Ornela@gmail.com to initiate a return and receive a return authorization paperwork.

Once we receive the return item(s), we will process your refund within 2 weeks. Please note that accessories are considered final sale and cannot be returned. The purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
